San Francisco Ballet Orchestra Chamber Music Series

Join us at the Legion of Honor Museum on November 8th as we celebrate the museum’s 100th anniversary with a special performance by San Francisco Ballet Orchestra musicians Cordula Merks—Concertmaster, Laura Griffiths—Principal Oboe, and Britton Day—Company Pianist. The concert will be at 2:30pm in the Gunn Theater, and will feature pieces celebrating the last 100 years. San Francisco Ballet School will also offer an interactive demonstration at 10:30am by participants from our Dance Class for People with Parkinson’s that invites museum visitors of all ages and abilities to explore the music and story of Nutcracker by participating in a Chair Dance Class in the museum.
